What is Calloused Swim made of?

Calloused swim is compromised of an earth loving, durable, and sustainably made fabric. The fabric uses  LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ and is rigorously tested and certified to be UPF 50+, skin-safe STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®,and is certified cruelty free by PETA-approved Vegan.

How do I care for my swimwear?

Though our swim is made with durability in mind, loving and sustaining the life of your swim is an important value of ours.

Handle your swim with care: do not wring, twist, or bunch up your swim. Avoid prolonged exposure and contact to sun, rough surfaces, chlorine, oils, & lotions. 

To be safe make it a practice to rinse and repeat wear ;)

Orders + Sales

I changed my mind. Can I change my order?

Because we pack and ship in house, we can typically switch things up! If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, text us your name and order number 760-650-6016. If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please follow our standard return policy.

The swim I bought is now on sale, can I get a discount now?

If your order was placed outside of the sale dates, we cannot provide you with the sale pricing.

However, if your order was placed during the sale and you paid full price, we can retroactively apply it. Please reach out to orders@callousedswim.com.

Oops! I received incorrect or faulty product. Help.

Please reach out within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement for you.

All final sale products are FINAL SALE.

Sorry, zero exceptions. All purchases marked as "Final Sale" are just that, final & ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind.

Can I send in my return for a refund?

Absolutely! We offer FREE refunds and exchanges. Review our return policy here.

Is my swim eligible for return?

If you’re wondering if you can return your swim, think ”NEW WITH TAG”, & make sure these boxes are checked: 

+Swim must not have been worn, washed, or altered.

+No visible signs of use including hygienic stains, product stains,  perfumes, scents, etc.

+All tags must be intact & the swim returned in its original packaging.

+The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.

* A deal is a deal. A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with the this return policy is final and cannot be refuted.

How long will it take to process my return?

Store credit is processed once your return has shipped. Full refunds are processed within 3 days of your return being delivered back to us. Fortunately, we offer instant exchanges and refunds. When you place an instant exchange, your new order will ship within 24 hours M-F.

Can I return/exchange items that were purchased on sale or with a promotional code?

As long as the item isn't marked as final sale you will be eligible for returns and exchanges per normal policy.

Shipping

What does Carbon Nuetral shipping mean?

ALL SHIPPING IS CARBON NUETRAL via our sustainable shopify partners. Learn more here.

What mail carriers do you ship with?

Standard shipping within the US ships USPS First Class or Priority. Expedited options ship FedEx. 

All international orders are shipped USPS International or FedEx.

When will my order ship?

We process all orders within 24 hours M-F. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and major sales. 

I missed my package. What do I do?

USPS typically leaves a “We Missed You” love note, utilize that to request a redelivery or head into your local USPS to pick it up.

What should I do if USPS returns my package to you?

You are responsible for all mail carrier returned shipping costs and any reshipping costs. If we haven’t unpacked it and refunded you, contact us ASAP and we can do our best to reroute shipments that haven’t landed. 

Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?

Limits for duty-free packages are established by local customs authorities, unfortunately we don’t have a say. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties applied to your package. Check your local customs website for more information.

My package says delivered, but I didn't get it.

Once packages are in the mail carrier's hands, they are out of our control and no longer covered by our refund policy. You may have to file a missing package with the mail carrier. Either way, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll assist you in any way we can. 

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

Check out all return info here. In short, shipping is free on returns and orders over $100 as long as they meet our returns policy!

For orders under $100, your shipping cost is non-refundable.
